Tai Chi & Qigong through The Tranquility Way
Each student will learn how to create a healthier lifestyle by building medicine within through this simple and transformational method of exercising. Tai Chi postures and movements as well as Qigong,
meditation, breath work and self-massage are taught in each session.
All levels of experience and ages* are welcome and encouraged to join us. Just bring yourself, loose fitting, comfortable clothes and of course, your Chi. Visit our

*Please note that Tai Chi & Qigong is wonderful for all ages. Use your discretion in determining if your children are comfortable participating in an hour long class
which may require them to remain quiet and still for periods of time they may find difficult.
Instructor Meghan Mitchell will take you through a series of slow, low-impact movements combined with deep breathing you can heal your body, focus your mind and center your spirit.
Meghan teaches Tai Chi/Qigong, Yoga, Meditation and Reiki. She enjoys teaching students and learning from them as well!
