Starting at a young age and for over 25 years, Linda Hendrickson has been involved in the fitness industry. She began her career as an aerobics instructor and obtained the first Gold Group Exercise Primary Certification through IDEA. As her career grew, she opened her own aerobic studio in Central Connecticut. Quickly outgrowing her space, she moved her business to the Bristol Boys and Girls Club. Eventually she moved on to Golds Gym as their Aerobic Director and taught the majority of their classes. In 1994, Linda became a certified Personal Trainer. She has worked for a number of Golds Gyms as Group Exercise Director. Today, she helps design, implement and direct group exercise programs at many corporate sites, Healthtrax Fitness and Wellness, and local YMCA’s. She is currently teaching classes such as Pilates, stretch, and weighted exercises classes, as well as training clients one-on-one.
Linda is very passionate about helping people understand how to obtain a healthy lifestyle. She offers one-on-one fitness
training, in your home or at the gym – always based on your needs, always personal, always discreet. She takes a very caring and patient approach to
showing people how they can succeed in reaching their goals. Current in her certifications, Linda is also certified in CPR.
