Taking just a brief moment to take care of ourselves is not even remotely on our to do list. Guilt, excuses, lack of prioritizing you name it we find ways to avoid pampering ourselves. Yet if we really look at the situation, if we don't take time out to take care of ourselves, how can we truly take care of others? What do we have left to give?
